  Repairs are done great, but as a person who holds a service warranty it seems that are service time has increase dramatically over the years. It takes weeks for them to come out, weeks to get parts, and weeks for them to get back out to replace parts. Once I called and they were going to have someone come out next day. Once they saw I had a service agreement they transferred me and said the next available appointment was a week later. I ended up going without my stove for almost one month
